学院简介

商学院以服务学生成长成才和支撑区域商业发展为使命,以品牌办学为目标,致力于培养职业、阳光、诚信、创新的技高品端人才。

学院着力打造品牌专业,在学院七个专业中物流管理、市场营销两专业为国家重点专业,物流管理专业为省级特色专业,会计专业为省级示范专业,物流管理专业教学团队为省级教学团队。

学院现有专任教师74人,其中高级职称25人,山东省教学名师1人,80%的教师具有双师资格。

注重与行业企业开展合作,2005年牵头成立青岛开发区物流商会,2007年山东省服务业标准化技术委员会物流技术分委员会秘书处落户我院,与青岛啤酒、中储物流等多家企业紧密合作。注重国际交流与合作,与加拿大西北社区学院、荷兰大学经济科学学院等合作开展师生交流和3+2专本对接项目。开展社会服务,为市财政局、市地税局、青岛啤酒等单位开展项目咨询和员工培训。

推行教学改革,成果丰硕。现有国家级精品课程2门、省级精品课程3门。重点参与全国高职教育物流管理专业和电子商务专业教学资源库建设项目。主持国家级、省级教研课题、山东省地方物流标准等23项。获多项国家级、省级教学成果奖。在各类国家级职业大赛中屡获佳绩,其中 2011年金蝶杯全国大学生创业大赛中获特等奖和5万元现金奖励。

近年来,学院各专业毕业生就业率均在95%以上,受到用人单位好评;学生课外生活丰富,在社区服务、创新创业等方面成绩突出,涌现出青岛市大学生第一例捐赠造血干细胞的王恺、打工主席全亚慧、大众日报杯创业明星吕洲等一批优秀学生。

Introduction to Business School of QTC

Aiming at building a brand education, Business School (B.S.) takes the mission of fostering professional, honest and innovational students and serving the local business.

With 2,368 registered students and 74 full-time teaching faculties including 25 professors, 1 provincial teaching master, B.S. has 7 programs: Logistics Management, Marketing, Accounting, Customs Clearance & International Freight, International Business, E-commerce, and Finance & Security, among which Logistics Management and Marketing are financially supported by the national central government, and Logistics Management honors as provincial specific program, with its provincial level teaching faculty.

With 80% of its teaching faculties qualified as professionals, such as registered accountant, senior logistician, BS lays great stress on college-industry integration and international cooperation: sponsoring the local logistic association in 2005, becoming secretariat of the provincial standardization association on logistics in 2007, exchanging teachers and students with Northwest Community College, Canada in 2007, and jointly beginning a “3+2” program with Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2008. To enhance its development and serve the local economy, BS has built up close relations with famed enterprises, including Tsingtao Brewery, CMST Development Stock etc., which involves the training of new employees or senior management for the companies.

Benefited from its energetic teaching reforms, BS, in recent years, has reached a series of teaching achievements and won a batch of awards, including 5 core curriculums and 23 teaching research projects of national or provincial levels, and many times of winning in teaching or professional competitions of national or provincial levels of its teachers and students. In the recent years, BS has maintained a consecutive employment rate of over 95%.
